Let’s start off by saying if I could give them NO stars I most defiantly would. I booked a party for my 3 year old that took place on 12/28/19 at 10am, about 3 weeks before the party I went online and paid my deposit, no one called me to confirm my party from that moment. On 12/23/19 around 10am I called to confirm my party I spoke to an employee named Chloe the conversation lasted 45 minutes. Within those 45 minutes she asked me if we are ordering pizza or making it a bagel and coffee party. I asked for her to go over the food package (mind you I have had parties there before and the pizza was included in the rate- guess times change from 5 years ago) . I told her we would bring our own water and juices and we only needed 6 pizzas the rate given to me was balance of party minus deposit paid plus $60 for ALL the pizzas. Well come 12/27/19 I called to let them know our party size changed from 20 kids to 15 and here’s where the whole ordeal starts: someone again asked if I wanted food I said I did that with Chloe on 12/23 and proceeded to confirm the price then they told me it would be $123 for the food when Chloe told me it would be $60. A manager called me back and said it is what it is if you don’t want to have the party here we have no problem canceling it. I asked for a higher manager to reach out to me and she said she would but never did. Never again am I having a party at this location nor would I recommend it to anyone. The staff during the party was just standing in the front , no one was in the play area monitoring the kids and they were Extreamly rude to my party guests as well as myself.
