        Always love coming to Menards but time the cashier was on a personal call while she ringing us up !! The manager did not say anything about it when I told him !! The other employee through out the store was very helpful and nice...

        I purchased an item at other location 2 days ago. This was an open box item (led light) Today I tried to install it and light was not working properly, it was blinking after few minutes being on. Customer service here did not want to replace, give credit or to do anything with this light because they said its sold as is. You should not be able to resell something that is not working and just say its sold as is and god luck. I am very disappointed at this
