I just wanted to let Nicole Weber that I know how super hard it is to find a dress that is liked. The styles these days have a lot to be desired for! But I also wanted to to share the your local jeweler can match the stone and replace them, if not replace them all to your liking and give the bill to the cleaners. Get at least 3 estimates and take to court if need be.

Super upset right now. I took some dresses in for dry cleaning so I wouldn't damage them in my machine at home. I have this 1 black dress that is several years old and so it's not something I could easily replace. I struggle finding dresses I like and the dry cleaner ruined my go favorite black dress. All that could be said was to contact the manager. Which I most certainly will be doing. What the hell? Even if I they compensate me how do I fix this? Most of the gemstones are missing
