When we signed with Allstate and Mistie, we were excited to have an agent we trusted. After 2 accidents, we found ourselves in a completely different situation. We have not been contacted by Mistie in anyway over the past months of dealing with issues with our car repairs. When we contacted her about the delays on Allstates end, her receptionist only informed me that they would let my claim agent know and that was the end of conversation... following this and more delays, we informed Mistie via email that when your insurance ended we would be searching for a new company... no response what so ever. My car repairs have been delayed for a month thus leaving me with out a car with no way to pay bills or go to school. We have received no empathy and have felt alone in the progress except for the repair shop that has gone out of their way to help us and honestly have acted like our agent.
