I am not going to lie but we had some difficulties with T Photo Photography, but in the end we were content and pleased to do business with Mary.
Mary and her photographer business were hired at a local coffee shop to snap pictures of children with Santa, $10.00 for a 5x7. For us, we had 3 kids and we each wanted an individual picture and a group picture, grand total of $60.00, 6 pictures. Note, capturing children with Santa is tough, especially when the child does not cooperate — but that’s what makes professionals, professionals. And I want to give props to Mary, she was working non stop capturing each special moment, she tried hard to make the child/children smile, she did all this for a couple hours, with no hesitation and a smile on her face. The best part was the wait and smooth transaction. It was honestly the best experience, if it weren’t for the coffee and cookies we would have been there for approximately 10-15 minutes.!
When we first got our order we were the least bit content. Long story short, when Mary finally understood our concerns she went out of her way to fulfill her commitment and did so by providing good customer service.
If you’re reading this review, please note I may have had a difficult time, but I would definitely hire Mary to capture our precious life moments. Yes you read that right.. I would and will hire her in the near future. Mary captured all of the kid(s) best moments, during a crazy busy time, provided a great price with quality prints, and good customer service, by satisfying customer needs.

Poor quality. Poor service. T photo photography was the group that my children’s jfl choose to take the team photos. They messed up the trading cards we ordered. They were blank with no player information, even though I filled it out. They did this for both children’s cards. So they basically messed up not one,but two different orders. Took they a while to address my complaint. They would not send the correct cards to me until I sent the bad ones back. When they finally did send they did not put correct postage on it. I had to go to post office to collect. They shipped it in a torn envelope. They used someone else’s (presume messed up order or left over ) pictures as packing. Concerns me with what they do with the defective cards I sent back. Hopefully my kids photos aren’t also used for packing for someone else’s orders. Had dog tags made. They are poor quality. Basically everything they made was poor quality. Don’t use them for your sports teams. You will be disappointed.
