I would highly recommend using Carrie from the Winterroth Team! My fiance and I were first time homebuyers and we were unsure of how the process worked. Carrie was responsive, knowledgeable, and walked us through the steps of buying a home. She answered every question we had day or night throughout the whole process. Although it was stressful with the market moving fast Carrie worked hard to find us the perfect house to call home. If one day we decide to sell our home we will be calling her again!

I moved to the area from Texas and, due to the crazy market, had to buy a house sight-unseen. Emily Outsen was a wonderful realtor to help me through this wild process. She helped me make an informed decision, walked me through the process, and was always available when I had concerns or questions. Due to issues outside of her hands, the process wasn’t as smooth as we’d hoped, but she did a fantastic job of calming my anxiety and fears. She was there for me every step of the way. This is an excellent team and I highly recommend them.
