Clear Path

We were fairly happy with Clear Path's snow removal and so we had them recoat, seal, and paint our east and west parking lots.  The work was done late fall and the east lot was done in the rain. When summer came, the sealant in the east lot began to come up, attaching to people's tires in large chunks. Some of our people have even had to have their tires replaced because they could not remove it from their tread.  When our facilities team contacted Clear Path, they received no answer from them about making it right, and have ignored all our calls since.  Not sure if other things are happening to prevent good customer service, or if it is intentional. Nonetheless, we are continuing to have multiple complaints from those using our parking lot, and we are getting no response from Clear Path on remedying the issue.

Mike is an absolute gentleman! He fulfilled a snow removal service request on short notice and in a timely manner. He was communicative, polite, and honest. Thank you for delivering quality and timely service. Mike is a phenomenal business owner and really knows how to take care of his customers!
