Dr Medevaram is just outstanding, I started seeing her about a year ago and I'm so happy with her care, she's very kind and does not rush through a visit, it's true that you'll have to wait a little longer compared to other doctors but it's because she takes the time to answer any questions you may have and makes sure she explains everything so clearly for you to understand and always follows up with your healthcare. I can't forget Ana and all the front staff, who are very attentive and friendly. I will definitely keep coming here.

I gave this place more than 1 star because I do actually like and respect the doctor. However, I have two issues. One, as many people have stated, is that the receptionist comes across as rude and uncaring. They don't wait for you to respond before putting you on hold and will regularly interrupt you when you're trying to explain why you're calling. My biggest issue is the fact that I went to the doctor and got sent to a lab for testing. I paid for all of this without an issue. The doctor called me with my lab results and to tell me that we would adjust my medications. Then, I got a call that I have to pay a copay for that very phone call. I've never been to a doctor that charges for this service and I was appalled. After my one visit, I've decided that I will not be returning to this office. I can find just as good of a doctor that doesn't nickel and dime their patients for a 5 minute follow up.

Unprofessional to have an already existing patient come in and not tell them about bringing the hard copy of insurance. Especially when they verbally confirmed my insurance is still the same and I offer to send it to them thru my app. I explained I was in severe pain. They did not care!! And they reject treatment. I go to an actual professional and the results are that my appendix was about to burst. If you actually want to get better STAY AWAY

only would recommend if you need basic care. long wait times and doesn't send your medications to your pharmacy half the time

If you are looking for a physician that cares about you as a person, your health and mental health Dr. Meher Medavaram is the one for you. I've gone to this practice over 15 years throughout that time she has assisted me in many ways. I recommend this practice because they care. I saw a post that stated you may have to wait. When you have physicians that care about their patients maybe they will go over. In there defense they are assisting us with our healthcare needs. This is a must have practice for you. Don't hesitate, or just take my word for it,try them out you won't regret it. They are the best and will make a difference in your life. I must not forget the front office staff. Jennifer and everyone else are just amazing.
