        I don't know how anyone has anything bad to say about this company. Their prices were more than fair and I was quoted exactly what I paid for. They did a wonderful job cleaning up and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional service.

        Worst customer service ever - prices go up exponentially for same service year to year - quote comes after job is complete - stay far away

        I called Steamin Mad Friday afternoon for grout cleaning. Steve contacted back same day, free estimate completed the next day & serviced on Tuesday. I had grout cleaned at both my rental property & personal residence.I highly recommend him because he is reliable, on-time and on-budget and I'm very satisfied with the work!
