Leasing agent was very disrespectful and rude over the phone. Couldnt answer basic questions not sure why shes in her position! Would not recommend!

I have a very nice studio apartment here. The rent is fair, and its extremely cozy! I keep it clean and I dont have a pest problem. My neighbors are really good people, and the staff is wonderful! For anyone here saying the staff is mean, I just dont get it. Treat them with respect and kindness and they do the same for you! Everyone here is wonderful, and I dont plan on moving anytime soon.

VERRYYY ghetto 0/10.. i lived here for 4 years in 3 different buildings and had a problem with each one the heat in the I building doesnt work so they just moved me to the A building instead of fixing the issue moved from the A building to the G building that was infested with roaches , and theres no parking because they move so many people in the same building that have vehicles then tenants complaining about the dumpsters being in front of their apartment when they moved in on the first floor BY THE dumpsters . Management -1782892/10 ! As stated before i have been living here for 4 years and this year in January 29th they decided to not renew my lease, and my lease end date is February 29th which violates Cook county tenant laws.( yes i have proceeded with legal representation). They dont have to provide reason for non renewal , HOWVER, they MUST notify tenants 60 day notice if theyve been a resident for more than 6months but less than 3 years , & a 120 notice if tenant has lived there for more than 3 years. I received no nonrenewal notice just a phone call stating i have to move out by February 29th.They also said i never signed the renewal papers which was a lie because if i have been a tenant for 3+ years , why would i not turn in my renewal letter as i have done for the past years? Also, 2 of the stairs to the G building collapsed from being rusted and when management was contacted regarding the inconvenience to not have accessible stairs, they instructed tenants to just take a big step over the missing stairs .. Rent also goes up yearly and units are VERY outdated.

Just moved wont be here long management dont care about anybody everybody got nasty attitudes dont matter if u come to them with your problem respectful they all ready to attack u mad about everything nobody here has grace or understanding all Godless people but Im not suprised based on the area just warning future residents dont bring any issues to them they dont care. Venus is nice and gracious.
