Very VERY POOR UP KEEP I LIVE ON FIRST FLOOR AND MY APARTMENT HAVE BEEN HAVING WATER LEAKAGE SINCE IVE BEEN HERE MAINTENANCE CANT FIX PROBLEMS THE BUILDING MANAGERS VERY RUDE COULD NEVER SPEAK TO DAVID'S JUST SLUM LORD'S AND WAY WAY OVER PRICED NOTHING NEVER GET FIXED OR CORRECTED

Dont even think about it everything is old. You literally going to waste your money Ms. Davis is never there my shower was broken for 2 weeks and she told me to take a bowl from my sink and fill up my bathtub. If your a younger tended dont even think about it they do not like younger tended. Cheap , rude n over priced.

I been living in this poor quality apartment for four years it is a terrible place to live never fix anything nothing works mice have just started coming in getting ready to move. Everything in there is old never try to put new stuff in there worker are sorry.
