Bought my car roughly 1 year ago and have had nothing but problems. Its been in and out of the shops 4 different times. Ive waited months to have it fixed and almost every time they want me to pay out of pocket to have it fixed. I just had to call because I now have another problem and Im being told theirs nothing they can do about it that because its not covered on their warranty. I dont recommend them in the long run you pay more for the car to be fixed then what your car is worth.

Just put a $1200 down payment on a 2012 Chevy Impala and 3 days later the car stalls on the road. call it in and have to wait an entire week to get it checked out. Contemplating giving it back and getting a refund.

This place is trash and they over charge I didn't realize it till today I'm being charged 30 thousand dollars for a 2011 Chrysler mini van that's only worth $3000 and it already broke down and only had it for a week

Eric and Andy are great and down to earth. The disagreement that I would have is mostly about the payment options. Paying biweekly can be overwhelming and outstanding comparing to constant inflation including gas prices and try to make the 2nd payment after saving up for rent, mortgage, utilities, etc to live a functionally comfortable lifestyle in ths every day life. I can understand sacrificing some things but we can not live without a phone , house groceries etc to make a 2nd payment. Eric and Andy are great. It's the payments throughout the month. Instead of once a month or twice a month. It's all 4 weeks. Rent and mortgages, utilities, insurance, unknown expenses may cause you to miss a payment and it could bring you to default or make a repayment deal that would cost more for missing one payment. I personally would go back for Andy and Eric but the policy would have to change for reasonable payments to be made .
