        Called to ask about their powder coating services and was talked to like I was inconveniencing them. Rude and uninterested to the point that I couldn't even communicate with them and told them I'd take my business elsewhere. 2 minutes and 45 seconds I'll never get back. Go elsewhere!

        The basketball hoops at the Bloomington-Normal YMCA look brand new, thanks to Powder Coating Unlimited. The staff was helpful and the turnaround time was excellent. We'll be back to have more equipment powder coated in the near future.

        These guys repainted my barbecue smoker recently, and they did a fantastic job. Even though it's only about 3 years old, the strong winds where we live on the southwestern end of Bloomington had shredded the cover and allowed rain through, and it was starting to rust in spots. The coat they put on it is much thicker and more scratch resistant than the original, and now with a new cover, I shouldn't have to worry about rust for quite a while.
