Spent over $100 for several plants. All were dead except for one. Made several calls to customer service with zero resolution--was given run-around every time. Poor quality plants and lousy customer service.

This isn't the same reputable Burgess seed company that I used for years. Now you can't get anyone in customer service to help! I placed an order in the Spring and half of the trees I received did not bud, they were dead on arrival!!! There is no help and you just have to eat the cost! I only gave one star because they don't allow 0 stars! Do not buy from this company! I'm sure they will blame covid but they have enough manpower to cash my money!

Yes, I know- they will arrive dormant.
But- dormant means they are alive.
80% of my plants were dead, not dormant, dead. Dead as a doorknob. Did not wake up, no sign of life, never sprung a leaf, dead.
And- they arrived 6 months after I ordered in January.
Terrible, terrible, terrible plants.

I received all my plants in great shape and as promised. Great selection of plants. I love this place!

Sent dead plants, sent replacement late in fall after frost, said no refund and that they'd maybe give me a credit but not likely. Person at call center was extremely rude and hung up on me.
