The three people working were arguing on who was gokng to help who...all while us two customers are standing around needing help. Nobody knew what they were doing...Just went in to pick up a ring and it took me more than 30 minutes..making me late to work. They were trying to find my paperwork amd noone knew where it was...its a disaster...if i didnt have a lifetime protection plan i wouldnt be coming back here....ridiculous.

Never called back on a price match guarantee within 60 days of buying an engagement ring. On next visit to question why I wasnt greeted or acknowledged for being in the store while waiting to talk to someone.
