I visited the Acceptance Insurance store on Prospect Ave in Bloomington. I was greeted by two lovely professionals who were welcoming and excited to help me with my insurance needs. I received a quote for my auto insurance and was excited with how knowledgeable both employees were.

I just wanted to let the company know that Tyler in the Bloomington location is professional, compassionate, and courteous. He helped me navigate a very frustrating situation. He got me the right information, and followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of. I am very thankful that it was him who answered when I called today. I am positive that we would still be dealing with this mess if I hadn't gotten him on the phone. Thank you Tyler for taking the time and care you did with my case. You deserve to be promoted!
