        I did a delivery as My car is down so I cant speak to service or atmosphere. However the food has really gone down hill. The soba steak was cold and not spicy. The rice was barely warm and the wrong rice. The PC plate for $15 was not as big as it used to be. Only 3 pieces of steak and one egg roll. The amount of spicy and red sauce was put into a thimble size cub that was barely worth using. Im so disappointed as this was my favorite place growing up.

        I order from Grand Cafe often. The Seven Spice Srimp was AWFUL. I received shrimp on top of what appeared to be a bed of lettuce?. No SAUCE or anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED...I won't be ordering from there again.

        Way too expensive for what they give you. Was over $40 for two people. Ordered chicken chow mein and its absolutely nothing like any other Ive seen. In a bad way. Ive never left a review anywhere and my food here prompted me to. But I will say the workers are very nice and the egg rolls are ok. Just wont be going back.
