        They responded to my questions and requests promptly but did not create the cake as promised. I just picked it up and am HIGHLY disappointed. The writing is TERRIBLE and the color was not as should have been. I'm hoping at the VERY least it tastes okay. Will NOT be doing business here again.

        Stay away from this place. I ordered a $43 cake from them over a month ago, where it looked like it was made by an amateur. It was very dry and it also had fingerprint marks on it, so we had to toss it and buy another cake at Meijer. The $8 cake topper was also disappointing, as it was very small and was covered in hot glue. They also didn't bother cutting out the middle of the O. I called them soon after receiving it, and they promised me a refund...I still haven't received this. Now I can't get them to answer my calls or respond to texts. I will never order from them again.
