I was at work when we got our first delivery. The driver was 15 minutes late. He was extremely condescending to my wife and wanted only to speak to me [a man]. It took over an hour to light the pilot and he even had to call another technician to come help him. The pilot isn't terribly complicated to light. I blew it out and relit it in less than a minute. On his way out he made some snarky remark about a $150 service fee because the pilot was "such a pain in the ass." And to top it off, he left the access to the basement wide open (it's a trap door in the floor of our living room) where our one year old son could have fallen. Completely unprofessional. If this is the sort of service I can look forward to I'll be finding a new provider.
