After a three-month hospital stay and subsequent two-month rehabilitation stay our mother was discharged home with a live-in caregiver. The nurses, aides and therapists at Family Home Health were communicative, compassionate and true professionals one and all! Under their care mom progressed to the point of gaining independence and functioning safely in her home where she no longer requires any caregiver assist. We are truly grateful!

Family Home Health and Family Centered Hospice is a great company to work for!!! The sales team, intake team, management and the clinical team is Family! The clinical team is exceptionally compassionate with our patients health needs both Home Health and Hospice. As a company we (FAMILY) strive to make sure we meet each and every patients needs!

My 88-year-old aunt was put in the hands of Family Home Health Care after she was discharged from Alden. Pretty sure you’re owned by them, if so no surprise. With the exception of the therapists that came and were professional my experience with FHHC was a nightmare. The communication with this office is nothing short of incompetent at the very least. No returned calls, no schedule, no solutions to problems. You will be getting numerous phone calls to set up your own appointments, there is no “scheduleâ€. Auntie was supposed to have a shower twice a week, the girl coming for her second weekly shower had to cancel, no call from manager to reschedule, I finally call and was initially told no one was available which would mean 10 days in between showers! Without the help of Ulga her nurse we’d still be waiting. Office no help! The care that she was going to receive based on her initial assessment once she got home was abruptly cut short. We were initially told she would have nine weeks of care, she did not. Much more to state but it’s too exhausting just like dealing with this office! Once when I finally got her on the phone the office manager actually asked me what I wanted her to do! These are people your company is dealing with, clearly they should be better trained to care about sick people and your company reputation. What a disappointment!
