    We worked with Pearl Design Group, and Ryan Sulda specifically for our new kitchen cabinets. Ryan was great in terms of working with us and creating a design, and even pushing us in directions that were ultimately better than our initial plans. That part was fantastic. However, once the order was placed, there was nothing positive about the experience. The customer service from Pearl Design was terrible. Our intial order came 2/2/2021. There was no schematic provided to understand which cabintes went where, and we were missing MULTIPLE pieces. Our order was finally completed and shipped to our house on 3/22...7 weeks after the initial delivery date. This was also the 3rd delivery that had to happen due to errors by Pearl Design. Initially, 1 cabinet, the complete wrap for the island, and the decorative doors for the island were missing from the order. The communication regarding the 2nd delevery was extremely poor and inaccurate. The 2nd delivery was STILL missing 2 doors for the island. Now, i would expect that if Pearl Design has to correct an order for a 2nd time that would treat the situation with a little more care and urgency. Again, on the third delivery communication was minimal and inaccurate. If I had screwed up a customer order (twice mind you) I would have been all over it with an apology, an explanation, here is what is being done, and here is the exact date you will have it onsight...and there should have been constant communication to status and what was going on. We got none of that, we just had to delay our project for multiple weeks as we waited for our order to be completed. Overall we love the Hillcrest cabinets, but I would highly recommend using someone else to obtain them. The customer service from Pearl Design once the order was placed was some of the worst I have been a part of. Buyer Beware.

    A as small business owners we went to local shop looking for customer service and attention to detail as we would provide for our customers and also, to support neighborhood business. We have provided 3D renderings of cabinets with design and sizes to sales person (Christ) at our appointment, the order was placed (paid in full) and we received cabinets as promised (4 weeks lead time) which was great. Upon arrival we discovered that some cabinets were ordered to wrong size and some shelves were missing. We have contacted Pearl with the issue and whole bad experience started. During the phone call we were actually accused of providing wrong information/not paying the attention to sizes and dimensions while order was placed. Luckily, we have emailed them our drawings while in the showroom and that saved us. Since their first response was that the mistake occurred on our part the email was a hard proof and they had to accept their obvious error. Replacement cabinets were ordered on 4/22/21 and delivery date was set in 3 weeks (second week of May/21) which was acceptable. Project was put on hold and all contractors rescheduled. Week before scheduled delivery we have been notified that it will be another 4-5 weeks before cabinets and shelves will be shipped due to Covid related issue at factory. The excuse sounds bogus to me as week before delivery product should be almost ready and should not take another month to be finished amid factory closing. Initial order was placed in middle of March for total of 12-14 weeks lead time. Although we do understand supply chain problems they went little bit overboard At this point we are not happy with our choice and we do not recommend Pearl Design Group for their bad customer service, poor communication and misleading.
