The whole team was very professional and the process was quick and hassle-free. The final product turned out just as expected and they were upfront about all the costs ahead of time. Allen, Kris, and Joe did an AMAZING job on my grandma's bathroom remodel. They truly lived up to their name of Five Star Bath! The consultation was very informative and provided all the features we were looking for a handicap accessible walk in shower. We had our leaking, outdated tub and shower area transformed into an area that is truly a joy to shower in. With a Lifetime guarantee never to leak, and easy to keep clean, all my family and I have to do is enjoy. Mike was the main builder on our job, along with his helper, Chris, and what an amazing job they did! Warm, and yet very professional, they worked diligently until the job was beautifully completed. I would add that the guys were very respectful of our home in that they cleaned up after their work each day. Allen, the owner of Five Star Bath, even stepped in to help wrap things up on the last day, when Mike's helper couldn't make it in. Overall, the whole process was a pleasure, from the consultation to the installation, my family and I love our new tub and shower! These guys are great!
