        Great maintenance & staff, but very high rents for units which have been poorly "remodeled" with paint, 90s laminate and incredibly cheap disposable carpeting. Rent cheaper and save up for a nice condo.

        So far SO good. Been living here for about 3 weeks. Our application and move in process was a breeze thanks to the ladies in the office. Had 2 maintenance requests early on (probably because our unit had been vacant for a while before we moved in) and they came within 24 hours and fixed the issues quickly and seamlessly. Area is quiet and quaint. Friendly staff and friendly neighbors. Will update at the end of the lease. UPDATE: 5 months into our lease and still loving it here. Area is very nice and kept up, quiet neighborhood, and friendly people. Pet friendly is a plus! The lease office ladies are always doing fun activities or have treats for the community which is so nice. So far we really love it.

        I can definitely echo the other reviews of this community (lived here about 5 months). Everything from the moment I first viewed the property to the application/move-in process has been by far the best rental experience I have ever had. Kari & Kathi in the leasing office are friendly and receptive. Their responsiveness, as well as the timeliness of the maintenance team has been exceptional as well. We had a few service requests for our unit, and the friendly maintenance team fixed the issues in less than 24 hours (one request was addressed and resolved the same afternoon!!). The community is quiet and well maintained, and we have a lovely view of a large pond/reservoir that connects to a walking path. The attached garage is so nice to have. Rarely hear our neighbors. This place is a gem, and if youve read this far, stop your search and live here - you wont regret it!
