Do Right Rooter Drain Specialists

I called them to come check out my sump pump and possibly let us know if the drain was clogged, They came the next day and came to check it out and did not check to see if the sump pump was working before letting us know that it was the sum pump. They came a day after and they "unclogged my drain" and now they said that it was the sum pump after making us pay for Unclogging of the drain. All of this was a form of them making some kind of money. Service: Drain cleaning

Todd came and routed on our pipes, got everything going again, was very personable, caring and just a joy to work with. Thank you, Vicky, for making the appointment and thank you Todd for getting us "all going" again and Thanks Do Right Rooter for employing such a great team.

Ed Jr came out in time and was able to pinpoint the issue the first time that 2 other plumbers had missed it didn't understand. He was curtious when in our home, removing his shoes, and was polite in sitting down and explaining the invoice out to us. All in all was a good experience at a very competitive price vs the other plumbers who quoted me. Most importantly he was able to get the work done in a timely manner and helped us clear our towns inspection. He took care of everything from begining to end including pulling permits and digging outside. Would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks Ed! -julian
