Bob Cottle - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with this agent since I began driving. That's 23yrs now. I've always been treated great over the phone or in person by Bob or his staff. Any issue I've had has always been taken care of.

100% agree with all the other reviewers. They keep increasing my monthly rate and claim its due to Statefarm policies

If i couls give 0 stars i would. Worse agent i have been with. Every 6 months my policy kept increasing 20 dollars and their excuse always is state farm made changes to their premiums. For someone getting older and 0 accidents and 0 tickets for 10+ years it shouldnt keep going up.

This agent is unethical. He transferred all my accounts to another agent without my consent. A complaint has been filed with State Farm Corporate for his unethical practices. I had cancelled policies prior to the changes.
