One of the worst in-home white glove delivery services. I have been waiting for a 'delivery' since October 2017. It is now mid December. NVC refused to expedite my custom mattress that was accidentally delivered to CA. MY son has been without a bed. NVC specialist, supervisors, and managers have All refused to help!  You should be so proud of your terrible company Mr. Don Powers. Thank you kindly for your follow-up.

This company is terrible at delivery!!!! Every time I called these people they would say I will call you right back. There version of call you right back is the customer calling them 3 days later for them to tell you I will call you right back. It happened to me not once not twice but 3 times. Your best bet is to cancel your order quick!!

Absolute garbage of a company. I've been told for our days that a local office will contact me with no contact. Mixed up two of my orders and now I have not had any delivery. I've been waiting over a month a half for my items to be delivered by the local agent and get nothing but the run around. This company and their local offices are completely incompetent and any business should think twice using the company to fulfill shipments.

Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. My roommate hired these people to deliver a treadmill to our second story apartment and we needed it to be on the 2nd floor of our apartment, so 2 flights of stairs was all we asked. Surely in the city of Chicago they do more than that on most deliveries. These men tracked mud throughout our apartment and refused to move it into our second floor room because "that's not what our form says". So much for service! Do these people not realize that any able bodied person can move things- yet we hire based on service? Moving is rated as one of the most stressful events for a person, and these jerks make sure you're feeling the heat. I even asked if I could pay them more and add on to our bill if they'd move it upstairs- but the man insisted I would need to pay him cash right then and there and said "how much cash we talkin'"... Okay no, buddy. I'm not going for under the table BS when you can't do your job right in the first place.Bottom line- DO NOT HIRE THEM. Pay for a third party delivery service if you can. Save yourself a dirty apartment, extremely rude delivery men, and not keeping their word.
