        Poor service. Never call you back. I asked for a flood insurance policy but never got a call back or quote on it. Now there name no longer show up as my agent in the app

        Great people to do ALL of your Insurance business with. I've had Geico, State Farm, & most recently Progressive. Let me just say my Full coverage rate dropped drastically for my 2017 Tucson. Give them a shot FOR SURE !! You won't be disappointed & its a Prime Insurance Company. Im getting my renters insurance next as well.

        Every time you call they never answer. You leave a voicemail they dont call back. I called in September spoke to someone and her computer was running slow she said she would call me back. I guess her computer never worked because I havent heard back from them. You never get a live person no matter the day or time
