Fred and crew are an amazing company to work with. On my 1st phone call, Fred and I spoke about 5 minutes and he said, I'm only a few minutes from you, let me jump in the truck and come over and see what's going on. Customer service like this is mostly a thing of the past. Fred not only did the work he made all the phone calls to get another company to come out and make some repairs to parts of our septic system he couldn't work on based on contracts and licensing. GDP also took care of getting all the permits required and getting soil samples. Literally the only thing we had to do was call GDP and they took care of everything. Install took a day and half and when they were finished everything was cleaned up. Sadly though I hope we never have to hire GDP for any other services, but if we do need further septic service done we won't hesitate to call them. Service: Septic system installation
