I went to get a tank filled & a guy named Mike was extremely rude, unprofessional and just had an angry demeanor about him just by having to assist me with a very basic service. Mike told me to just leave it and theyll get to it. . I was about to leave & I was assisted by a very nice tall, younger man Karl. He offered to fill it right away and even loaded it. I will give them more business because of his personalized service!

We have been a customer of Hicks gas for over 15 years and have always had positive experiences. Mark and Linda and their entire staff treat you like family. I have purchased water filtration systems, propane and other services for my home and rental properties from Hicks. Their prices are always below competitors and their service and loyalty to their customers is TOP notch. A few years ago a commercial water softner failed on me and we could not determine root cause so Mark replaced it at no charge. We have recommended them multiple times to friends and family.
