Hard Decks

We contacted other deck builders but were not satisfied due to their lack of customer service during the sales process. We asked for references from professionals in the construction industry and were told repeatedly to contact Hard Decks. From our first contact, we were treated with professional courtesy. Jayme arrived exactly on time to discuss our ideas and presented a well-prepared proposal that exceeded our needs. They worked with us to meet our scheduling needs. Andy and the team arrived on time on the agreed date and set to work. Communication was great! The team was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. We could not be more pleased with the deck, as well as the knowledgeable and professional team at Hard Decks. The quality of their work and the results were absolutely the best I've experienced. If you're looking for a new deck, don't look any further!

Jayme came out promptly, answered all my questions and concerns and designed a beautiful deck for me. Andy and his crew were great, friendly and were really respectful of mine and my neighbors property. They also did a great job on moving and replacing the deck furniture and cleanup job! Would highly recommend and definitely use Hard Decks again!!

Jamie and his crew are extremely professional and really know their craft! They are communicative about timelines and budget limitations and strive to produce the best quality work given both of these things. Also, when we wanted something specific he explained in a very understandable way why that wouldnt work (safety concern) and how we can still achieve our vision utilizing other means - he has a vast network of craftsmen in different trades to still help us achieve what we want, safely. Overall, Jamie & his team are kind, all-around great guys that are at the top of their craft. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! Their work is incredible and they have such an eye for detail. They obviously take immense pride in their work - and for good reason!!!

The Hard Deck team installed our new deck late last year. Jamie and Andy were great to work with. All of the guys working on the Deck were obviously very skilled and hard working. They completed the project on time and with in our budget. We are finally looking forward to enjoying using it this coming spring. I did do my due diligence in getting three different quotations but it was a no brainer in choosing Hard Decks. The experience with Hard Decks rebuilding our deck was fantastic from start to finish. Jayme, Andy, and the entire crew are respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Theyre great people and great carpenters. Our final result exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them 10 times over!
