I recently inherited my Grandmother's engagement setting. It had been mangled by another jeweler, taking the stone out, and I wanted to see if they could restore the ring, and put another stone in the center. They did a fabulous job of restoring my Grandmother's ring. It looks brand new, and I get tons of compliments on it!

Best jewelry store ever. I designed my engagement and wedding ring and they made it for me with the design I had. They are awesome. So helpful. When I'm in the area, I always drop by to have my jewelry cleaned for free. I also got a great vintage ring from the 1920's from them. I get so many complements on all my jewelry from Keck's. Highly recommended.

After visiting with five or six of the bigger stores such as Jared's, Kay's and a few others...I was ready to give up and just get my fiancee's engagement ring online sight unseen. I went to an online store and got a few ideas for some rings. I knew what I wanted as far as size, clarity, color, quality and cost. Then my old roommate told me to give Keck's a try. I printed off a few certificates (of course with prices b/c I didn't think an actual store could compete with online pricing) and headed there. I spoke with Melinda and told her what I was looking for and gave her ranges. She educated me on what the numbers and letters meant as well as the different jeweler certifications and why they're so important. Further, she showed me the actual ring (in DAYLIGHT - not the light from the jewelers so that I knew there was no lighting trick). The store actually got me a bigger and better-quality (and color) diamond for less money PLUS they threw in the benefit of having free sizing, cleaning and UPGRADES for the life of the diamond. That means in 5 years, if we want to upgrade, they will give me the SALE VALUE of the diamond as a credit for trade-in - they won't just buy it back at a reduced cost. How can they do this? Well, I've never heard of Keck - have you? That's because they don't spend exorbitant amounts on mall retail stores and corny advertisements - they have lower overhead by far than the other guys. I have been amazed at them. You would be silly to go anywhere else!
