Reformation Tours is a top level travel company. The company provides an App that is superior with a daily agenda. The owners are very very easy to communicate/contact. I give the company a 100 grade. All accomdations are 4 or 5 star. The tour coach was great and the driver was very safe and secure.

As the trip coordinator for the Urbana Seminary Reformation Tour, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Reformation Tours. Rowena was delightful and most accommodating to our desires for the Seminary Teaching Tour. She made our job very easy. Frank was a fun loving and easy going tour guide. He too worked hard and sought to give us what we desired. I was pleased with the hotels and the guides were very good. I definitely recommend traveling with Reformation Tours and I would travel with them again.

Just got back from the Urbana Seminary tour to the Czech Republic, Germany, and Switzerland. The sights, hotels, restaurants, and tour guides were fantastic. The seminary professors' interactive lectures were extremely informative and meaningful as were those of the local pastors and missionaries. There was obviously much planning and work that went into this tour to ensure maximum exposure of the events of the Reformation in a relatively short time span. The majority of the tour participants were very kind and cordial during our tour. However, on numerous occasions the tour director, Frank Drinkhouse, and some of the tour participants were extremely rude and condescending to me and other participants. This behavior is totally unacceptable in any organization, but especially one that claims to be Christian. I paid too much money and countless hours planning this trip only to have it ruined by hateful, sarcastic adults who obviously don't know how to treat people with the love of Christ. I've been in the customer service industry for ten years and I know that it doesn't matter how good of product you have, if the customer isn't treated well by staff members or other customers then their experience is a bad one and they won't return. Because of this I cannot recommend Reformation Tours to others. Hopefully the owners of this organization will correct this so that in the future others will not have to endure this type of behavior. I just discussed my concerns with Frank. He agreed that he needed to be more professional and concerned for others. We both agreed that it is difficult to monitor others on a trip like this who are rude and condescending, but that he would work on being more attentive to these issues in future trips. I am satisfied that my concerns were heard and that future attendees will have a more positive experience.

I have worked with Rowena and Frank for five years now, and I can say that they are the best tour company I have ever worked with! Rowena has planned my student trips to England, France, Italy, and Gettysburg. She creates amazing itineraries that are both historical/educational and cultural. My students have loved every trip she has planned, but what I love most are all the little details and extras that they think of for a trip. The are professionals, and if you want a great trip, go Reformation Tours!
