I rented an apartment from State Realty for 11 years. It was very cost effective and the only utility I ever paid for was electric. They are very quick with work orders and once fixed my shower head in 2 days when there was a snow storm. There were only a couple times where their service wasn't up to par with their usual high standards but all in all still great. They are professional and pleasant on the phone and if its an emergency, the give it nothing short of top priority. I didn't receive my full security deposit back (I got about 55% of it), and they made it sound like I would've since there wasn't any obvious damage, but that's the only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars, really. I would still highly recommend them!

If you are black, you will get treated badly. I hate calling the race card but, with this company its to clear not to call it. They're very rude, mean spirited and prejudice. I advise any Black American, don't give them your business. They do not fix things and when they do, they charge you for it. Never will I give them my business again.
