As far as customer service goes, Michelle is the best around. She seemed to care as much about my needs as I did. She would call me are her own with constant updates and the statues on my supplies. When I would call, I would ask to speak with Michelle!

Horrible customer service. People are friendly but never follow up and take weeks to even place your CPAP supplies order. I ordered on December 30th. Called sleep central to check on order and they told me Care Medical never placed with them. It was just sitting in Queue at Care Medical.

Care Medical Supply is absolutely horrible with no customer service. I have called and left messages. I have sent emails and still have not received a reply. Called my doctors office and asked them to reach out as well. They would not answer their phone even phone for a doctors office. They have had my data card for my cpap machine and i cannot get it back! If i could post no stars I would! How are they still in business. What a joke!!!

I have had them for oxygen since 2016. They denied me tanks to go out. Over the years managers came and went. 2 x i was billed an amount they say is due. After getting a supervisor involved first time. They took it off the books. Said was a mistake in their end. Recently another amount pops up won't tell me nothing about this. Come to find out bill is back in 2017. I go to doctor he said no you should not have to deal with any of this billing. You have medicaid and medicare part b. You have a standing order. Spent 4 months back and forth with Clark the manager. Kept asking me for insurance info, I gave it to them 5/6 times. After a call and conversation today they call say they bringing out tanks. My dr is saying that I am going to change companies. They should of never violated his standing order. Bring tanks out they can't even get address right, I have told them 6 x where i moved and still can't get it right. Lets see they show up today. I have 18 empty tanks been going out without the tanks. would suggest use of another company.
