I was in for service today with break issues on my Kia Sorento. The service associate Joe was excellent and went out of his way to make sure my issue was resolved today. Part availability was an issue however he called around and secured the rotors I need and had the job done in a timely manner. Thank for the excellent service!!

Edit as of 11/8/2021: I unfortunately was rear ended in October, totaling my new car. I came back and worked with Tami again and, once again, she was helpful, attentive, and made the car buying process smooth and painless. She is a joy to work with. Her energy and positivity will make me a life-long customer of hers. ---------------- I recently purchased a 2021 Kia Soul. My salesperson was Tami Wilde and she was a joy to work with! She was so much fun, took a lot of time to explain things and answer questions, and made the entire car buying process easy! I am very pleased with the service I received!

Terrible customer service. Called to ask a question the service department about oil changes and was forwarded to a reservation line. The woman I spoke with was extremely unfriendly, obnoxious and very short with her answers and would rudely pause before providing her rude, short answers to my questions. Ended up hanging up on her because I couldn't take it anymore. Called right back and spoke with another woman, who was very friendly and apologetic after I told her about my first call. She had to take my name and number to have someone call me back to answer my question. After a day, I never got a call back and called the service department again. This time I ended up getting a voice mail box for the dealership so I left a message on that for someone to call me back. 2 days later...still nothing. So disappointed in this dealership's customer service.
