        I spoke with a gal named Brenda and she was extremely unfriendly, unhelpful, and unsympathetic regarding my situation. Absolutely horrible customer service. She was short, to the point, and annoyed by my questions and need for help. This is not a shot at Mikes office but rather one of his helpers. I chose to believe there are better agents there that are more willing to help. Not a very good experience for my first phone call to the office. Do better Brenda.

        A tree fell during a storm and badly damaged our outbuilding. Mike came out immediately to check it out and Elizabeth helped me with the claim from start to finish. The customer service was wonderful and we are so thankful!
