Went to the store with a broke and wanted buy a new phone. Spoke to Jake and before I could even tell him that I wanted to buy a new phone to replace my broken one he told me that he couldn't help and that I would need to go to another store. I hope they work on commission because he just lost out. Went to T-Mobile store at Central Park Drive and they (Christopher and Eli B.) helped me. So don't waste your time with Jake or this store, save yourself some time and go to Central Park store instead.

Don't bother going into this T-Mobile store if you need help with anything other than buying a phone. Just going to tell you to call customer care and not be willing to help you out at all.
