Granberg Treeworks

Made an appointment on a Friday for a property we do not reside at. The appointment was to be on Monday. They called about 10 minutes before the scheduled time to tell us they do not service Elgin. Poor customer service.

I agree with the other posts listed here. Gary and his team were great!! Competitive pricing and fantastic service. They came over and removed a dead tree, trimmed two large trees and trimmed up a couple of smaller trees in our yard. I appreciate Gary's knowledge of trees and the suggestions he gave me. Highly recommended...give him a call - you won't be disappointed!!

Gary and his team have done a great job trimming, removing trees and clean up of debris for our community. We had an emergency situation where a large tree limb was blown down and laying on the building, deck and the door, the crew was there the same day and cleaned up the mess. Granberg Tree service costs are fair and competitive.

They are absolutely wonderful! They removed a dead tree and pruned a huge maple. They are meticulous! There wasn't so much as a twig or a leaf left behind. They are reasonable and do excellent work. Highly recommend! I could not be happier!

I have nothing but good things to say about Gary and his team. Gary came at the end of 2017 to provide a quote on removing a few trees and trimming a few others. He was prompt and didn't mind spending additional time answering my questions and providing his recommendations on my situation. Due to some delays on my side, I didn't contact Gary again until March of 2018. He was accommodating on a few scope changes. The work was completed last week. His team removed two Box Elder trees, trimmed four other trees and grinded one stump. All of his team members were very professional and courteous and they cleaned up thoroughly (much more than I was expecting). Another thing to note is that Granberg is fully licensed and insured. I was provided a Certificate of Insurance which isn't something some of the other companies I looked at had. I'll have Gary back for my future tree trimming needs. Thanks!
