        Zack was very thorough and helpful. He took care of as many stains as he could from the new house we just purchased and didn't charge us for the ones he couldn't remove. I appreciate the honesty and value.

        TERRIBLE!!!!! I had to call to find out my appointment needed to be rescheduled after waiting 15 mins after my scheduled time. It is so unprofessional to me that I had to find out myself that the appointment wasnt happening. All they could offer me was a “sorry.” Sorry doesnt make up for the day I lost waiting around for a carpet cleaner and it doesnt make up for the fact that now I have to wait for another company to come out. The owner was supposed to call me and if i had an upset customer...that would be my first priority. Dont waste your time with this company Service: Carpet cleaning
