The doctor was provided with ACTUAL proof of a infection and still denied that it existed, seems unprofessional as hell to not even investigate possible avenues.

It would be cheaper AND easier to fly to Mexico and get the medicine I need from a pharmacy there than it has to get the care I need from this doctor. I wish this was an exaggeration. I am frustrated with my experience (and still sick).

This location is for prevention care, not post-infection care. This location does not do remote visits or have in-house specialists. I was told that patients cannot receive care for symptomatic COVID unless they come in-person. As a virologist: This is saddening. Edit: Improved from a 1 star rating based on the willingness of the doctor to listen to my concerns today. I was still rushed out in 15 minutes, but at least they were sympathetic.

The most frustrating medical health experience I've ever had. I've been trying to get a prescription for 2 months. I was told there are no exceptions that will allow them to help me without me going there in-person. Don't waste your time.
