Barry Community Care Center

My grandmother was admitted on a Monday. THE NEXT DAY I get a call informing me my grandmother had fallen out of bed over night and had not been checked in FOR 6 HOURS. If you value the safety for your loved one I would really reconsider.

Barry nursing home treated my mom wonderfully thanks for everything you did for her . I would tell anyone if they need nursing home care Barry community care center does a great job and the staff there is extremely caring.thanks so much Byron saathoff

I was at BCC recently for therapy due to having toes amputated. Everyone was very pleasant and caring. The staff joked with you but also listened to your problems. The food was good and you could see they took pride in what they served. I was very impressed with my head nurse and the CNA s on my flor.". The attention that they to the patient was fantastic. Going back there would not be an issue .. . Goinh

The worse job I ever had. I was misinformed from the start. I worked 6 days and they paid me for 14.00 hours . I guess sense I was salary they thought I wasnt going to do anything about it.wrong ! Appointment with labor lawyer Friday.

I work for agency and I absolutely love this facility. This facility is more like a family. Everyone works so well together and when other agency nurses come the normal staff members are beyond helpful with any questions agency nurses might have. This place is super clean, super organized, residents are very well taken care of, the CNA's are ABSOLUTELY amazing, very caring and know everything about the residents, this facility is one big happy family. Activities are great for the residents and staff members!! Nursing home week is celebrated this week and they have so many activities in a day. Nurses week they celebrate as well and they even put my picture on the board and I am not even a staff member! All the department heads are super sweet: Administrator, Housekeepers, Cooks/aides, MDS nurses, ADON, DON and even the maintenance man. Everyone does such a great job and I would 100% recommend my own family members to come to live at Barry Community. I couldn't thank Barry Community Care Center and everyone in it for everything they have done or even taught me here!
