Smart Spine and Rehab is amazing practice. I have been working with Julia on some pelvic floor work and I have been so much better and stronger. They make it so flexible with home visits. I HIGHLY recommend this practice. I have learned so much from Julia already. Thank you for all you help! **Update** I have recently taken advantage of Smart Spines new service and started working with Megan on my nutrition. Megan is so so knowledgeable and super caring, and responsive. She has taught me so much about blood sugar balance and woman hormones. I am now able to make smart choices towards my health and feeling amazing. Highly recommended this service if you want to take initiative towards a healthier life.

Dr. Julia is incredibly knowledgeable of the human body and how to help ease pain and make your core super strong to prevent pain in the future. I am so glad she worked with me and my team to teach us what each of us can do as we transition to working from home. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Julia!

Julia is a literal godsend. I threw my back out right before I was supposed to move. It was a combination of stress and trying to reduce that stress with riding the peloton. The end result was severe pain and terrible feelings of guilt as now all the work of moving the family was going to be on my husband. Enter Julia, part chiro, part physical therapist, part emotional support system. With just one virtual appointment she got me up and walking in a few hours after I threw my back out. I didn't think it was possible. I could really trust Julia completely during a very freightening experience. Thank you so much for saving me! Since then I have been working on stabilization and getting to place where I do not injure myself again.
