The doctors are great. The supporting staff is lacking. Between the missed communications and lack of communication, it has been an exhausting experience. Terri in billing has the poorest attitude and work ethic. Twice since 2019 she has put my accounting in the same position. I got my first statement from my last procedure 12.24.22. Terri calls me on 1.5.2023 asking why I haven't made a payment. I say I just received it. She continues to claim to have sent 3 statements before this. To where? Not my house. Not my email, the only thing I reiceved in 2022 from them was the one statement. Again this is not the first time she has done this to my account. So it's either a normal thing, or she has some personal issues with my account, I have no idea. Her poor attitude & incompetence leads me to not ever want to owe this place another dime just so i do not have to deal with her neglecting to send me statments and then belittle me for not paying.. It is unfortunate because I truly thought I could get past the bad staff, because I love the doctor, but I believe my time at this office has been spoiled.

Unprofessional doctor that acted like he didn't care about a thing I was saying while also being dismissive of all the symptoms I was telling him about. Definitely will not be going back.

I have had two procedures done at this place. The first time around I had a wonderful experience. Now, I have to call 8 times just to get sent to voicemail to never receive a call back. My results have been in for two weeks, and I get told Ill receive a call but never do? Then when I leave a voicemail I dont even receive a call back. My problems dont involve the doctors here (theyve been nothing but accommodating and great) but its ridiculous when I cant even speak to someone or get a call back. This is annoying when Ive been having an ongoing problem for months with no resolution yet.

First I will say that Dr.McKelvey was very nice and encouraging/ compassionate the day of colonoscopy. However I found the employees and nurses to be cold but tried to give then the benefit of just being busy. The center itself is cold and impersonal with nothing but curtains separating you from other patients. One bathroom is right near all these people to literally do your business was very humbling. After, there was an issue with my procedure that required a surgeon. I could not go to their surgeon because my Blue Cross PPO plan doesnt go to the surgeons hospital. I called several times about this fact, left messages, called back and finally got someone at scheduling. She promised a phone call which never came. I waited 2 days, called again and left another message with my frustrations. I finally got a phone call with we have no one else to send you to, you are on your own. I then asked for all of my paperwork to pick up myself, yet they needed a consent form signed before willing to print for me. . Funny, they didnt need this when they sent all of my paperwork to the original surgeon, just when I asked for it for myself. While this doctor was very good, the place was cold, with no privacy, and staff not compassionate in the least. I think this is needed when dealing with this procedure, and even more so when a problem is found that requires surgery.
