What a great experience. I’ve been on the hunt for months and Kayt was able to locate a very difficult-to-find truck. She was super-responsive and an excellent communicator while waiting for the truck to arrive at the dealership. When it was slightly delayed, they sent me home with an amazing loaner. Also, Mike the finance person, was very easy to work with – all in all, a quick and easy transaction!

Poor sales. Communicating a week over a $140k car. Show up and car doesn’t start and they have to tow to a dealer to open the hood. Expected better service when shopping for this caliber of a car. Was offered a free coffee for the inconvenience. What a joke. Also asked about placing an order for a new GT3. $50k markup without promises. Placed order in another state for $30k over sticker and great service. Avoid these guys and shop elsewhere.

We just got a car from here, and the service was beyond excellent! Mr. Mark Smith at the Infiniti division made the experience as friendly, pleasurable and painless as humanly possible. It is greatly appreciated.

Had a service appointment at 11:30 a.m. Didn't see anyone until 11:45 am Service for oil change and regular mantance was supposed to take 1.5 hr Max 2 hrs Took over 2.5 hrs They've stop providing the little extras you've come to expect from a BMW (snacks, cookies) Just felt like I could have gotten service just as good at anywhere else. Hope things improve.

I was hesitant to buy a car remotely without seeing it in person first. Skyler at Motor Werks was more than willing to answer all of my questions and really took time to get me comfortable with their dealership and the entire process. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommend Motor Werks in Barrington!
