Very professional and honest! We had ice build up on the back of our house that caused a leak around the window. Not only did they expedite our repair with no charge until we were satisfied that the small repair had corrected the problem! It was a small issue with the window and NOT a major problem that would've been costly as other companies suggested.

The Kleckner's replaced all the windows in my house at a competitive price and the installation was very professional. At their recommendation I selected Lindsey Windows and I am very pleased with their looks and performance. A number of people have commented on how beautiful they are. An added benefit was to visit the Lindsey factory located in North Aurora to see how the windows are made.

Doug and Duanne Kleckner are honest and reliable general contractors.. They've been in business a long time and it shows in their workmanship and their guarantee. If you are looking for a reliable and reasonable siding contractor or windows replacement, give these guys a call.

Great ownership and leadership! Kleckner Siding & Windows came to my assistance when several other window contractors refused.
In brief, my home was built new in 2007. During a recent buyer's home inspection, defective seals (i.e. windows looked foggy) were found in numerous windows. Fortunately, the windows were still under warranty but required the completionof some detailed paperwork (i.e. which was beyond my scope of expertise to fill out) to get new replacement
windows from the manufacturer.
Upon calling Kleckner Siding & Windows, the owner (i.e. Doug Kleckner) answered directly (i.e. instead of an office manager).He sincerely listened to my situation. He realized this was not his typical job (i.e. his company supplies the new windows and install). However, he was still willing to get involved.
Personally, Doug Kleckner came to my home to identify all the defective windows in order to fill out the warranty paperwork for submission. After the warranty claim was processed, he continued to make himself available for questions and to provide advice. Yes, I was charged a nominal fee for these services, but, the peace of mind knowing I had the professional expertise of Doug Kleckner in my corner was well-worth it.
Considering his position as the owner of the business, working with Doug Kleckner was as comfortable as socializing with my next door neighbor. He is as friendly, approachable, honest, down-to-earth, fair and easy-to-do business with as they come!
