I used Dunn-Rite about 5 years ago for window washing and they were fantastic and reasonably priced. I called them last fall to wash our windows and replace our screens. They took the screens with them to be replaced, but we didn't hear back from them for weeks. As the weather got nicer we couldn't open our windows because they were screenless. They were basically ignoring our calls and only answered when my husband called from a different line. After finally receiving a reseponse, they brought back our screens with barely any apology. Within the first two weeks, one of the screens came loose and was flopping in the breeze. Now, after winter, at least three screens have come undone and there are long rubber strips hanging from our second-story windows. We will have to pay another company all over again to actually have it "done right." So incredibly disappointed. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

Jason and his helper did a great job on my windows. They took down and wiped off screens and told me which room so I could mark them. His price was very reasonable.
