Bunch of scams . They tried to scam me . He told me I wasnt approved with any banks . But if I have him my card with the down payment money was on hell get me a car . Thats y i gave him a card that I knew I didnt have the money on . Cant play me . But beaware

Tell you cheap down payment no matter what. Then after they’ve already given you a hard inquiry hit. Ask you for 2x the original down payment offer. Don’t waste your time on their bait and switch. Also try to charge $5,000 more than the cars actual worth with a high interest rate. Seriously look somewhere else.

If I could give them no stars i would but can't post review until I select one. They are the worst place ever, never buy a car from here.  They act like they want to work with you.  I purchased a vehicle there and at the beginning everything seemed great but when I took  the vehicle for a simple repair that should have been done in a day or two it took them one whole week.  The next time my brakes were making a noise because they needed to be replace.  I took my vehicle in once more (trying to give them a 2nd chance) but the same thing happened.  It took them over a week to get fixed and at the end they didn't even fix it, I had to get my brakes fixed else where.  When I took the receipt and told them I wanted to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty.  They said they couldn't because they didn't find anything wrong with the brakes, but you could hear the grinding of the brakes.  When you call for the auto repair department they are rude, to speak to someone in customer service they never pickup.  Very bad customer service.  All they are interested is in getting the money, they don't even care about the customer.  They are very pushy in their sales as well.  When you have questions or problems or concerns all they say is "sorry i don't know, sorry that's how the finance company works, there is nothing we can do about it".  I'm reporting this place to the better business bureau. Everyone should do this as well.

Worst place I've ever been, they ran my credit, first told me they were going to tell me how much I was approved for, never did, then tried to sell me a car for $16k when the car is only worth $7k-$9k at best, they wanted a $600 car payment, which was outrageous, then when I tried to walk away and told them I wanted a copy of the paperwork they didn't let me leave for 2 additional hours while they held onto my paper work and kept coming back with 3 offers and then got the store owner who was super disrespectful. I was nice to them and said I wanted to leave and talk to my parents about the decision (I'm only 20) and when I said that the owner said "aren't you old enough to make a decision without mommy and daddy" rudest person I've ever met. Will NEVER suggest this place to anyone, and now they call me constantly and never leave a voicemail

Soon I walk thru the door Nick Torres meet me at the door with a open hand ready to serve I wasn’t sure about the exact car but they was willing to help I drove from MILWAUKEE WI to get a car nick & Alex was keeping me good company that guy Alex pretty good at holding a conversation while I was waiting on the process so 2 thumbs up
