        I guess the employees are trying to keep the customers’s birthday gift as their own used. The email with my birthday gift was accidentally deleted by me. Within 30 days of my birthday, I was in the stores and reclaim the email to get the birthday gift. The guy(manager?) told me that he cannot do anything about it. That’s was BS. If you have a friend who have been worked at beauty stores, every body knows how the secrets are. You definitely can get the birthday gift with you ID if you are a loyal customer (like me). Today, I was shopping at Clarins again, and I was wondering why they doing this way. She (different sales person) was BS again. AlRight, I decided to refund everything I brought. I like their products, and I have been used for 3 years. This is what I deserve? So I made my mind that I replaced all my clarins’s products. Bye-Bye Clarins.
