The Academy of Human Performance is a cut above any other gym or coaching facility that I know of. It is TOPS for athletic training, whatever your fitness goals are. I know so many families like mine where kids, teens, moms and dads; all of us attend. It is an upscale private fitness club of the finest quality. And if you have any injuries or problems with your body that cause you pain or interfere with your workouts, they are THE BEST at helping you workout safely and pain free, including hooking you up with the best recover socks, etc. They are the best, and we love them. My whole family has each attended this gym for years. Thumbs up and a heartfelt thank you to R.W. Brown and his crew. We would go no where else!!!!
