The easiest one star review I ever gave. They'll have you on hold for hours ping ponging you between departments and never actually doing anything. I've had experience with many pharm/medical device companies and this is by far the worst. I'd give a negative review if I could

Received a reorder letter in the mail wanting approval to ship supplies. Letter was signed and returned over a month ago. No supplies have arrived. Create an account on their website to check status of order- no order is even shown. Terrible company, terrible service.

These guys are the WORST!! Ive been calling them every week for 6 weeks wondering where my order is. I am now out of my diabetic supplies after calling 6 times. They have no idea whats wrong and why things arent rolling. I called my insurance and they said they havent gotten anything from them. I am now out of my diabetes sensors for my CGM, and almost out of the incision sets. I will be switching companies. If you have an option to NOT use this company, please dont!!
